STORIES .. MARKETS .. SPECIAL PEOPLE

 STORYTIME AT THE LOCAL LIBRARY.
A small group of children sat, and listened attentively to the tale of "Petulia the Peculiar Pelican."
The story of Petulia is ultimately one of triumph in the face of difficulties. I love it!

I loved this opportunity and the Library now has a few Bribie Tales books for members to borrow.

MARKET TRADER?
Took the time to stand on the local markets. Engaged people and sold some books to old and young alike. Not sure if the sprooking is my thing but the time was productive.
Met a fellow "grandmother" who writes books for her grandchildren. Margaret if you are reading this. I appreciated our chats.

MEETING WITH WENDY
Coffee overlooking the Pumicestone Passage with Wendy who was the first person to buy "Magnificent Matilda" the Water Mouse from Bribie Island. Thank you Wendy for helping me with my confidence to write the Bribie Tales Series.

MEETING WITH LEI LEI AND STEVE
We discussed writing a special book for Deklin-John their grandson.
A personalised book to be developed, based around the photos so generously shared.
